"One Day, You're In and the Next Day, You're Out"

The Boy from Florida is, right this very minute, attending a meet-and-greet with fashion designer and Project Runway judge Michael Kors.

I sent Florida Boy a text, saying that I hoped he had fun this afternoon and for him to tell Mr. Kors hello from me.

The Boy from Florida immediately called me back and said, "Michael Kors is standing right next to me. Do you want to tell him yourself?"

I told him no. I mean, what would I say to him?

"Hello, Mr. Kors. I'm a homosexual fan of yours who watches Project Runway religiously."

And he would reply...

"Get in line."

Don't worry, Kevin, I'll bet you're just as cute as the other Florida boy! (None of us as ever seen him--hmmm--Stephen, are you sure he's not your version of Rose Marie's "Mr. Diefenthaler" on the Dick Van Dyke Show? An amalgamation of many, many, many men that you've rolled into one to make you look more respectable?) ;-)

And I'm sure Mr. Kors would not say anything of the kind! He'd be very gracious--after all, if you're a friend of tBfF, and he respects the latter's talent, he'd also respect his taste enough to know you're not just some queen to be dismissed with a fatuous back-handed compliment.

And if he WAS rude to you, in a perfect world you'd have Philip there to grab the phone and paint his fucking wagon fucshia.

Wouldn't you know, I've never watched Project Runway! I wouldn't have known what to say either...."whazzup" doesn't sound appropriate...

Thanks Aaron. I don't know about the "cute" factor ... I'm just a boy, sitting in front of a computer, asking someone to love him.

;)

(or something like that)

I would much rather say hi to heidi or Nina. Michael is orange and frumpy.

I'd love to ask Nina about her "tight, shiny, and short is the best way to look cheap" comment. Especially when that describes EVERYTHING Heidi wears.
