Nothing Like a Dame

Dear Lord, these online "tests" are becoming my obsession.

It's just like the Dungeons & Dragons obsession I had when I was kid.

Thankfully, no 20- sided dice are needed for this new obsession.

But I would roll a whole box full of 20- sided dice and face a horde of orcs with only a 2nd level Druid if D&D could show the world that my inner Classic Movie Dame is...

Myrna Loy

You are loaded with a quirky kind of class that people find irresistible. Men turn and look at you admiringly as you walk down the street, and even your rivals have a grudging respect for you. You usually know the right thing to say, do and, of course, wear. You can take charge of a situation when things get out of hand, and you do it with great poise and chic. Your wit and sense of fun endear you to your partner and every other man in the room. Your screen partners include William Powell and Cary Grant. You're quite a catch...if you want to be caught.

Find out what kind of classic leading man you'd make by taking the

This test tracked 4 variables. How the score compared to the other people's:
Higher than 15% on grit
Higher than 96% on wit
Higher than 1% on flair
Higher than 66% on class

I'm quite a catch... if I want to get caught. Wow, these online tests are SO "on the money," aren't they?!?!

But looking at my "variables," apparently I suck at "flair" with a "grit" less than true, but I'm stocked up on "class" and my "wit" is nearly off the chart!

When you take into account that I was born in a part of the country where you can smoke during your wedding, that "class" and "wit" rating really are impressive!

I love that I'm Myrna Loy.

Now, all I have to do is become incredibly rich, get a dog named Asta and marry a private dick who shares my love of hooch.

Compared to getting our country out of Iraq, my goals seem much more achievable, don't you think?

Where, oh where, is my William Powell?

heres me...

Barbara Stanwyck
You scored 35% grit, 14% wit, 42% flair, and 23% class!
You're a tough dame, a bit of a spitfire, and you can even be a little dangerous, but you do it with such flair that almost all is forgiven (and even when it's not, you're still the most interesting woman in the room). You can be witty and charming, all right, but you have a tough streak that keeps you focused and sometimes deadly. You've had quite a climb to get where you are, but you're a hard worker and you mostly deserve all you get...and then some. You might end up destroying everything around you, but you must've got style. Your leading men include Henry Fonda, Fred MacMurray, and when you forget yourself, Gary Cooper.

E - 99% across the board... yeah, I believe it.

You and Kristie are Barbara Stanwyck and I'm Myrna Loy. Add em all up and I think we're a Made for TV Movie on LOGO.

Rosalind Russell
You scored 28% grit, 47% wit, 23% flair, and 16% class!
You are one wise-cracking lady, always quick with a clever remark and easily able to keep up with the quips and puns that come along with the nutty situations you find yourself in. You're usually able to talk your way out of any jam, and even if you can't, you at least make it more interesting with your biting wit. You can match the smartest guy around line for line, and you've got an open mind that allows you to get what you want, even if you don't recognize it at first. Your leading men include Cary Grant and Clark Gable, men who can keep up with you.

I am the lizard of ROS!!!!

Lance - Of course, you're Ros Russell. I can see you as Auntie Mame.

I have this image of you lighting everyone's cocktails - - "The Flaming Mame" - - and then you stand back and say...

"There. ARE WE ALL LIT?!?"
