Super Tuesday

If this little girl...

...isn't the cutest...

...most adorable...

...most brilliant little Wonder Girl you've ever seen...

...then, I'm calling it - - you're a pod.

I'll bet this little girl can do the "Diana Prince Spins and Turns Into Wonder Woman" spin with ease and grace, just like Lynda Carter.

Unlike Debra Winger, who could only do the "Druscilla Spins and Almost Falls On Her Ass Like a Buffoon and Then Turns Into Wonder Girl" spin.

Come on.

You remember that, right...

Carolyn Jones as Hippolyta - - it don't get no better than that!!

Ooooh, now I see what I've been doing wrong. I haven't been putting my arms out to the right when I spin. They've been in my pockets. After watching this instructional viseo, I must try it again. I WANT THAT TIARA!

Bless you, Stephen for posting this!!!!

That little girl is absolutely adorable!! I especially love her self-inflicted hair cut.

I didn't realize Debra Winger got her start in such a wonderful way. She makes a better Grace, IMHO.

Man, I could do that spin better in my sleep than Debra Winger does it. Mind you, I have been practicing since I was about as young as that adorable little munchkin in her Wonder Girl outfit.

scooter - You're welcome! WONDER WOMAN was one of my favorite shows as a kid. I never missed an episode, I have been spinning for years and I've NEVER gotten that tiara! If you get it, let me know! :)

java - Yep, that's Debra Winger. It's amazing her career CONTINUED after this appearance, isn't it? :)

ohnochriso - You and me both! I learned how to spin by watching Ms. Lynda Carter and NOTHING has stopped me since!

When I saw her in concert here in Chicago a few months ago, Lynda put her arms up like she was about to spin and the audience went nuts. She didn't spin, though, and someone in the audience shouteed, "Spin!" and she said, "You get up here and spin." I loved it!

Then, she said she had just thought of something dirty but she couldn't say it. Of course, I screamed, "Say it!" and she said, "Spin on this!" She's now my idol! :)

I hated that whole Drusilla character. And I did a better spin than that, cause I knew to fully extend my arms but keep my wrists limp...no kidding.

And I always thought Agnes Moorehead woulda been a better Hippolyta. :)

HUGS...

Celeste Holm as Hippolyte was pretty marvy as well...but Carolyn Jones still had that whole "Morticia" vibe going...and went on to be a bitchy Senator's wife in a daytime soap until she died. So versatile...
