"I'm Up On Him, He Up On Me"

Philip sent this to me. This is an incredible guy named Shane who does the EXACT choreography from Beyonce's Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It) video.

Shane's original video is here. Check out the mashup comparing him to the original. Amazing.

which is more amazing... he can dance (which he can) or that he actually wore that outfit on purpose? :)

Not only is the choreography spot on, but not everyone could pull off that outfit either. :)

Where do people find these things?

So...that's what Beyonce looks like.

Wow, just when you think you're running out of time for a halloween concert, this kid shows up!

You know what else is great?
Mr. Thang was able to teach himself every move by watching the video. You know what that means? It means the video actually shows the dancing. How long has it been since a video used so many wide shots and let us watch some hot chicks really dancing? Or a movie musical for that matter? So many close-ups and cut aways. But not for Mrs.Z nee' Knowles. Nope, if she's gonna do every single move, then they're gonna film it, god bless it!
Hallefuckinglujah! The dance video is BACK!
Somewhere Janet's smiling.

I'm much gayer now for having watched that. And that's a GOOD thing. Thanks!

I hate to be a "hatah", but guys like this creep me out to no end.

I could handle it if he were in drag. I could handle it if he did it campy or did funny 'mistakes' on purpose.

But this guy is deadly serious about the choreography... AND in that outfit!

Every now and then I feel compelled to show my straight co-workers the exploits of "my people." And while my friend Greg couldn't watch the clip for more than 10 seconds, I say Hallelujah and pass the Spandex! We gays have the corner on fun!
